Franklin citizen pledges $1k for ID of downtown burglars

A local resident has pledged a $1,000 cash reward to anyone who can identify these burglars. On May 17, they broke into two downtown businesses and stole cash from inside.

The $1,000 reward, privately pledged through Williamson County Sheriff Dusty Rhoades, is in addition to the up to $1,000 already pledged by Crime Stoppers.

Franklin Police seeking ID of thief who keyed into 7 cash registers

Detectives in Franklin want to identify a thief who used a key to open seven unattended cash registers at the Cool Springs Macy’s. After stealing the cash, he left in a commercial tractor truck that was not hauling a trailer.

Pharmacy burglar wanted by Franklin Police

Franklin Police and Crime Stoppers are offering a cash reward to anyone who helps identify this pharmacy burglar.

On May 18, he hid inside the Murfreesboro Road Walgreens until after the store closed and employees had left. Once everyone was gone, the burglar tunneled into the pharmacy through the drywall and stole a large quantity of opioid pain killers.

Franklin Police need your help identifying this suspect involved in a road rage incident

On May 11th at approximately 9:30pm, this suspect pointed a black handgun at another driver in the parking lot of IHOP on Murfreesboro Road following a road rage incident on Murfreesboro Road.  The victim and a witness advised the tag on the vehicle was an Ohio plate. New video in downtown Franklin break-ins

Police are releasing new video from a Monday morning, downtown burglary. This is from French’s Shoes and Boots on Fifth Avenue N.

The other business targeted by these burglars was Baskin-Robins on Main St. Both crimes appear to have occurred between 12:30 and 3:30 am, May 17.

There is a cash reward of up to $1,000 for information in these cases.

Franklin Police investigating overnight downtown business break-ins

Detectives are investigating after two businesses were burglarized in downtown Franklin.

Officers learned of the first burglary after an alarm was triggered at the Baskin-Robbins on Main Street. Arriving officers found the front door shattered, and that the suspects had left before their arrival. The video you see here is from Baskin-Robins.

An early-morning jogger reported seeing shattered glass at a second business, French’s Shoes and Boots, on Fifth Avenue N. Arriving officers found that business had also been burglarized.

Both crimes appear to have occurred between 12:30 and 3:30 am. The same burglars are believed responsible for both break-ins. Cash left on the premises appears to have been the target at both locations.

There is a cash reward of up to $1,000 for information in these cases.

Crime Stoppers Cash offered for ID of tire thieves

 

Franklin Police are looking for three men wanted for stealing a set of tires out of the bed of a pickup truck. It happened in the parking lot of a Comtide Ct. car dealership earlier this month.

Based on the other tires seen in the back of the suspect vehicle, this group could be responsible for other area tire thefts. There is a cash reward for information in this case, so if you recognize the suspects or their vehicle, call Crime Stoppers.

Police working to ID man who exposed himself to teen, in Franklin

This is a disturbing case, and one that has Franklin Police & Crime Stoppers offering a cash reward to anyone who can help ID the suspect.

At dinnertime on May 4, the man in this video exposed himself to a teen worker in the Chick-fil-A drive-thru at Berry Farms. The white male suspect was driving the gold-colored car seen in this video. It had faded paint and a worn, dented exterior.
