Franklin Police want to identify two suspects who used a stolen credit card to ‘purchase’ $1,000 in gift cards, Sunday night. The credit card they used was slipped out of a woman’s purse at another Cool Springs store just prior. There is a cash reward for anyone who can help police identify them.

Flags have been lowered and blue traffic lines were installed in front of Franklin Police Headquarters, this morning, in recognition of National Police Week, May 10-16. This week, especially, we remember the police officers who have been killed while serving America’s communities.

Shortly after 11:00, Tuesday, night, officers were summoned to Franklin’s Heathstone Circle after a vehicle hit several curbs before leaving the scene. An area resident who was out walking their dog moved off of the sidewalk for fear of being hit.
Arriving officers located the damaged vehicle nearby. Its airbags had been deployed and two of its rims were damaged. Officers determined that the driver, Zachary Horrar, was impaired.
Charged with DUI, Underage Consumption of Alcohol, Leaving the Scene of a Crash, Failure to Report a Crash, Drug Possession, and Violation of the Implied Consent Law, Horrar is free on the $5,000 bond set by the Magistrate. He is due in court on May 14.

Anthony Lee Conrad is wanted by Franklin Police for a May 3 Aggravated Assault, and for Violation of Bond Conditions.
Conrad has violent tendencies. He is believed to be in the Franklin/Middle Tennessee area. If you have information on his whereabouts, call Franklin Police: (615) 794-2513.

Caught on camera, this suspect can be seen stealing packages from the porch of a Franklin home on May 2. In those packages were scooters for the homeowner’s two children.
The victim took to the Internet and social media to post home surveillance video of the theft. As the video began to circulate on the Ring Neighbors App, citizen tips quickly identified Franklin resident Jeremy Love as the suspect. Love is a convicted felon.
Franklin Police Officers arrested Love at 1:30 this morning after spotting him riding through a mobile home park.
Charged with Theft, Love is free on the $5,000 bond set by the Magistrate. He is due in court later this month.
