Police in Franklin are hoping someone might recognize this bicycle thief. On Tuesday August 13th at 11:22pm, this suspect stole a Mongoose bicycle from the front area of Walmart at 3600 Mallory Lane. There’s a cash reward for information, so call Crime Stopper if you recognize him.
