Crime Stoppers cash offered for ID of ‘vape pod’ thief

Franklin Police want to identify this thief. On July 2 he grabbed nine packs of ‘vape pods’ with a total value of about $120. It happened at the Market Master on Columbia Avenue. Call Crime Stoppers if you recognize him.
