The Law Enforcement Assistance Partnership will award college scholarships to the children of three Franklin Police Officers on Sunday, June 23 in the Community Room at Police Headquarters. A brief program starts at 2:00 pm, followed by refreshments. The public and media are invited.
The Law Enforcement Assistance Partnership is a volunteer-run 501(c)(3) whose mission is simple: Support the Franklin Police Department. LEAP provides college scholarships, annually, to officers’ children. Through the community’s generosity, LEAP provides emergency relief to officers in need due to health issues, injury, death in the family, loss of home due to fire, etc.
