Sunday afternoon, Franklin Police were summoned to the antique store at 246 2nd Avenue S. after the owner discovered that the store had been burglarized. A surveillance camera showed a suspect enter the store at about 4am Sunday morning and then spend several minutes going in and out of the closed business.
Collin Connelly, 23, of Franklin, was identified as the suspect after the surveillance photo was shown to area businesses. Connelly was arrested Monday afternoon and is now free on the $4,000 bond set by the Magistrate. Charged with Burglary and Theft, he is due in court on June 20.
