Franklin Police and Crime Stoppers are offering a cash reward for information on this man and woman. The couple is wanted for using a stolen credit at several Cool Springs stores. The card was stolen a short time earlier in Green Hills. These crooks got away with about $5,000 in fraudulent purchases.
