School’s out, vacations are planned, and Franklin Police are working hard to help keep you safe

With kids out of school and their parents gearing up for fun, the FPD is working hard to help keep Franklin families safe this summer.

“Summer is a special time,” said Chief Deborah Faulkner. “We want Franklin families to have fun and make incredible memories – and we want to help give them peace of mind while they do it.”

Franklin Police Officers are stepping up patrols in neighborhoods, focusing on speed and traffic safety, and increasing visibility in places like the City’s parks and shopping venues.

While many are planning travel this summer, neighborhood officers want to help keep an extra eye on your home while you’re away.
