Franklin Police are hoping that the public can help identify this shoplifter wanted
for stealing sets of markers and watercolor paints totaling $474 from the Hobby
Lobby at 1113 Murfreesboro Road on February 21.  A cash reward is available for
anonymous information that leads to an arrest.
