Detectives in Franklin want to identify this thief, wanted for stealing more than $1,000 in quarters from two change machines at the Cool Springs Car Wash. At 6:45 pm on August 18, the suspect somehow managed to steal the quarters without damaging the machines. A cash reward is being offered for information that helps lead to his arrest.
