An Alabama man is free on bond after attempting to force his way into his estranged wife’s home while threatening her with the gun he was holding. On 02/19/2017 at 1:10 am, officers were summoned to the home on Finnhorse Lane where the disturbance had caught the attention of neighbors. Responding officers encountered the suspect, 55-year-old Bryan Hicks, as he was driving down Long Lane. During a traffic stop officers discovered a loaded handgun in Hicks’ possession.

Charged with the felony offenses of Aggravated Domestic Assault and Attempted Aggravated Burglary, Hicks is free on the $50,000 bond set by the Magistrate. He is due in court 03/02/2017.
