Help Franklin Police catch this thief; Cash in with Crime Stoppers

Franklin Police are asking for the public’s help to identify this woman, wanted for stealing over $700 worth of merchandise from the Target at 3064 Columbia Pike on 04/21/2016.  The suspect left in the vehicle pictured below.
