Franklin Police are seeking the suspect responsible for two substantial snatch & grab thefts, from two different Cool Springs jewelry stores in the last two weeks.

On March 23, he grabbed a pair of diamond earrings, valued at $4,200, from the hand of a sales clerk at Kay Jewelers, inside the CoolSprings Galleria. Then, yesterday he struck again – grabbing a pair of diamond earrings from the clerk at Jared Jewelers on Cool Springs Boulevard. Those earrings were valued at $6,500. With the help of witnesses, detectives have identified the suspect as 23-year-old Deira Lorenzo Whitehorn, of Nashville.
