The investigation into Monday morning’s robbery at a Franklin Mapco has led to the arrest of an 18-year-old suspect; a second remains on the run.
Shortly before 5am on 09/07/2015, aggravated robbery suspects beat a Mapco clerk while robbing the store and then fired several shots, narrowly missing the clerk, during their getaway.
On Wednesday, Franklin Police were in Nashville where they spotted Chris J. Harris with the getaway vehicle in Monday’s robbery. Harris, charged with Aggravated Robbery, is being held in the Williamson County Jail on a $500,000 bond. His first court appearance is scheduled for 09/17/2015 at 1:00 pm.
The search for a second suspect, 17-year-old David Lamont Marsh, is still underway. A $5,000 cash reward is being offered for information on his whereabouts, leading to his arrest. Marsh is considered armed and dangerous.
