Travis Duncan, 38, of Spring Hill, is wanted in a $60,000 jewelry theft. Several pieces of jewelry were recently stolen from the Franklin home of an acquaintance Travis’ wife, Kelly, was housesitting for. Travis Duncan, a convicted felon, later pawned some of those stolen items. Travis and Kelly Duncan were both on probation at the time of this new theft.

Kelly Duncan is being held, without bond, charged with Felony Theft and Probation Violation. Travis Duncan is wanted on Felony Theft and Probation Violation charges. He is driving a maroon 2003 Ford F150 with Oklahoma tags. There may be damage to the left front fender of that truck.
