01/06/2015 arrest update, here

Franklin Police are seeking information in a robbery that occurred this morning, at the Shell gas station located at 1410 Murfreesboro Road. At 2:58 am, a man entered the store, locked the door behind him, and announced the robbery. The clerk complied with the robber’s demands; she was not injured, and no one else was inside at the time of the robbery. After taking money from the register, the suspect fled from the store. The suspect did not display or imply that he had a weapon. The getaway vehicle description is currently unavailable.

Police are seeking information on the male black suspect, believed to be approximately 6’ tall. He was wearing black pants and a black hooded sweatshirt at the time of the robbery. Information regarding this case is worth up to $1,000 with an anonymous call to Crime Stoppers: (615) 794-4000.
