Franklin, TN – Earl Ferari, the 85-year-old man who went missing at 1:30 Thursday afternoon, has been located – nearly 29 hours later in Scott County, MO.
Shortly after 6pm, a Missouri Trooper stopped Ferari near Cape Girardeau following a report of a driver traveling notably below the posted speed limit. When the trooper spotted the reported vehicle and ran its license plate, he was alerted that it was registered to the missing Franklin man. Ferari, a bit disoriented, was taken to an area hospital for evaluation.
The Ferari family is relieved that he is okay, and on their way to pick Earl up, and bring him home. Cape Girardeau, MO is 224 miles from Franklin.
