Franklin, TN – A man came forward this evening, saying that he was the man we were looking for. The Good Samaritan, a resident of that same apartment complex, said that after seeing the little girl alone in the parking lot, he became concerned for her safety and encouraged her to move to the grass.

The FPD is relieved to share this new information with residents, and commends the Jeep’s owner, and local dad, for coming forward to help close this case, of misunderstanding.
